Hardened steel dowel pins are metal dowel pins made with martensitic steel, hardened and tempered to the proper hardness, such as German standard DIN 6325 from HRC 58 to 62 and ISO standard IS 8734 from 550HV30 to 650HV30. Hardening and tempering could increase the pins strength and durability, improve Wear-resistance of the steel, and extend the lifetime of the pins.
