Product features and uses

1) Suitable for positioning in precision molds, such as connectors and electronic devices.
2) Prevents core pin wear and damage by allowing positioning before core pin setting.
3) Can be loaded and unloaded from the PL side, enhancing maintenance convenience.
4) Contact pins and bushings may cause damage when the mold is closed; please leave a gap of about 1mm on the PL.
5) Due to the small clearance, use precision guide pins.

Common metal materials used in dowel manufacturing include:

Aluminum, lightweight, ductile, conductive, and very resistant to oxidation.
Brass is strong, ductile, conductive, corrosion-resistant, and has low magnetic permeability.
Stainless steel is high pressure rated and chemically resistant.
Hardened and ground steel is compacted to produce a very hard but brittle metal. It goes through a hardening process such as quenching or induction. Unhardened steel is more ductile, but still suitable for many applications.
Titanium is strong and has good temperature and corrosion resistance. It is 44% lighter than steel.
The plastic pins are formed by plastic injection molding.
