How to process 10mm Cylinder Pins
 
1. Material selection

Cylindrical pins are generally made of materials such as 45#, 40Cr, and 20CrMnTi. Material selection should consider factors such as easy processing, pressure resistance, and wear resistance.

2. Cutting

Turning: First, a turning process is required to turn the cylindrical pin blank into a cylinder of specified length and diameter.

4. Surface treatment
